Online Personal Training
Customarily, Personal Training is conducted on a one-on-one basis in a large fitness facility or private fitness studio. Although highly beneficial, for various reasons, this form of training may not be convenient or practical for everyone. Online Personal Training is a practical, accessible and convenient alternative to one-on-one Personal Training. Online Personal Training includes all of the benefits of personal training listed above, plus the following added benefits:
Convenience: Convenient access to a progressively structured exercise program for those in remote area.
Accessibility: Expert advice from your Certified Personal Trainer 24 hours a day / 7 days a week
Familiar surroundings: If you are apprehensive about working out in large fitness facilities, Online Personal Training provides you with a custom designed exercise program that can be conducted in your own home
Affordability: With the elimination of the costly overhead charges, Online Personal Training can be provided to you for as little as $12 per month. The cost for one-on-one Personal Training is generally about $50 - $60 for a one-hour session.
Expert instruction: All of our structured exercise programs come complete with easy to follow, detailed instructions and photographs (where available) outlining proper body position, breathing techniques and exercise mechanics.
No Special equipment required: You won’t require any special equipment to get started. We can design a progressive professional fitness program based on whatever fitness resources you have available.

One-on-One Personal Training
If you prefer the more traditional one-on-one approach to Personal Training, we offer very comprehensive and progressive training programs that are designed to meet our clients’ goals and functional capacity. If you are visiting or if you happen to reside in the Greater Toronto Area in Southern Ontario, Canada and would like to arrange for One-on-One Personal Training sessions either in your home, at a fitness facility or at a private fitness studio, please contact me to arrange a convenient time and location.
Our structured Exercise Programs
All of our structured exercise programs incorporate the five key components of a balanced workout: Warm up, stretching / flexibility, cardiovascular training, resistance training and Cool Down. While some exercise programs may only focus of certain elements of these components, we believe that an exercise program that is founded on all five of the key components will ultimately lead to a higher level of overall health and wellness. The Frequency, Intensity, Times and Types of exercises that are custom designed and prescribed for your individualized program(s) will be dependant on the specific lifestyle / fitness goals, functional capacity and available training resources that are identified on your confidential Health Profile and Lifestyle questionnaire.
